Meliá Jardim Europa

The property is located in a great area, which allows you to do a lot of things by feet… you can walk to very nice restaurants and stores. It’s safe. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a very friendly staff. The staff were nothing short than amazing. We had a problem with our room bathroom sink not draining , and the shower taking forever to heat up, but the staff where prompt to try to help and when they couldn’t , they moved us to another room . It was a pain but easy transition . They did make up though when they let us have a late check out. These things happens and it’s how you respond to them it’s what makes a difference. The breakfast was amazing and their gym and sauna super nice . Overall I give 5 stars and can’t wait to come back.

The staff is excellent and the location is unbeatable

The place was really nice. In a good part of the city. The staff was very helpful, professional. The restaurant staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Excelllent location, central and safe. Premium Italian, Spanish restaurants and cafés at walking distance from the hotel. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast selection is elaborate.
